Important Information About Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Payment is required before your examination is ordered and scheduled. Once your examination has been ordered, cancellation and refund conditions apply.

You may reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment qualify for a 50% refund. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. Rescheduling may be considered in unexpected circumstances.
